My story
My name is Annette Sophie Eberhardt, and I am 58 years old. My life got off to a dramatic start when, at the age of two, I was separated from my biological mother following a divorce. I grew up with my father, along with my grandparents, and later with my stepmother. I lived with the knowledge that my biological mother was a taboo subject.
As an adult, I was reunited with my mother and cared for her during the last four years of her life, which gave me a small glimpse into who my mother was before she died of an illness.
Travel and life experienceMy life has been shaped by experiences from traveling around the world. I have lived in Spain and the US, and met interesting people along the way, but my travels have also brought challenges, sadness, and major changes.
FamiliesI have three adult children, ages 24, 27, and 29. I’ve been married twice; one of those marriages was marked by a narcissistic father figure and spouse.
Breaking free has required many years of healing, acceptance, and forgiveness. Life didn’t give me a choice, so when I finally left, I was left with a precarious financial situation; some relationships faded away, while others grew stronger and new ones emerged. Without a home or a job, I found myself in a life crisis.
Starting from scratchVisualization became my path. I pictured myself on the other side, went to my local church, and prayed to the universe. Some time later, a business associate called and asked if I was looking for a job. Having to sell yourself to a new employer in the midst of a life crisis isn’t ideal, but with gratitude, I walked away with a new job as an executive assistant at an American sales company.
Now I could create a secure foundation for my family, and the rebuilding process could begin. It required focus and willpower. Had I had the knowledge I have today, I wouldn’t have hesitated for a second to involve a coach in my decision-making—which would have given me far more emotional resilience and the realization that I didn’t have to face everything entirely on my own. We’re all in a good place today, with room for our life dreams—which we pursue individually—but also for shared experiences, which we prioritize highly.
My life todayI've been living with my partner and our little dog just outside Copenhagen for eight years now.
I play tennis and work out with various groups at my gym, since I find it motivating to work out with others, and I also rely on the forest and the ocean—my energy levels settle into place when I’m surrounded by nature.

Business Experience
My professional background is wide-ranging. I've been self-employed in retail, trained as a stylist, love design and art, and also have experience in HR and administration and management. I have lived and worked abroad, both in the US and Europe. In 2021/2022 I took a coaching education with Sofia Manning. The program is ICF accredited level 2. The level 2 accreditation is the highest accreditation you can achieve internationally and serves as a seal of quality for the educational institution and the certification in relation to both the professional level and the ethical standard.
