
What is Coaching?
Coaching is a conversation based on the present moment. Where are you right now and what needs to change in order for you to move forward and towards what you really want. Most people don't know what they dream of because their imagination has become blurred in the wheel of everyday life with jobs, studies, children, shopping, training, possibly the same friends and dinners at the weekend, a kind of autopilot.
There is room for all emotions in a coaching session, the goal is to clarify your situation and no matter how critical it seems, I help you see possibilities so that you experience change in a situation and can live your life instead of surviving everyday life.
I help you find new goals to energize you and create new prospects. There are always opportunities, we find them, and you begin to see clearly, think and act in a new direction, where your interest and attention is directed towards your dreams and desires. Here you become aware of your boundaries and learn to set them, be respected and step into your own life role.
In a world where we are quickly distracted and easily lose direction in our lives, coaching will help you focus on your decisions and keep you motivated to build the life you long for.
