3 sessions are for those of you who are a little unsure about what your goal really is. You may be fumbling a little in life and can feel a sense of unease. You may also have a dream or desire that you can't seem to get closer to. We will work with you and your everyday life, and you will discover what it is you want to work towards, you will find your focus and you will experience that you take control and become purposeful.

5 sessions is a flow where we work from the same principles as above, and also get the opportunity to focus and work on the obstacles that stand in the way of your goal. You will feel well equipped to handle your goal, which can be multi-faceted.

7 sessions are for those who want targeted coaching with a holistic review of your life. We will work in depth with your goals and deal with and work through your obstacles. You gain awareness and learn exactly what values matter to you, you get to know your boundaries, and you get the full experience of your "journey" where you come "out and home" again with new insights and new perspectives.

Includes an initial consultation with all family members, as well as a one-hour coaching session for each individual. The process concludes with a final session, where family members are coached together to ensure that everyone feels settled and each person feels empowered as part of the group."
